  1. By providing your consent for us to use your Content (defined below), you hereby agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. Icowy/we/our/us in these terms refer to iBridge International Limited, with its registered address at 17-A, Wardley, Centre, 9-11 Prat Avenue, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
  3. You warrant and represent that you are 18 years or over and have access to a valid and genuine Third Party Platform account.
  4. These terms and conditions apply to our use of any and all content, including without limitation any words, pictures, images, data or information (“Content”) that you upload, post or share with us by any means, including without limitation by email, or by using any third-party websites or social media platforms (the “Third Party Platforms”).
  5. You hereby grant Icowy and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual right and licence (including full rights to sub-license) to use, reproduce and publish your Content (including, without limitation, the right to adapt, alter, amend or change your Content) in any media or format (whether known now or invented in the future) throughout the world without restriction.
  6. You give us your permission for us to redesign, archive, reproduce, disseminate, display, publicly perform and/or replay and make publicly accessible, as well as to cut and edit, adapt, and modify your Content or any part of it.
  7. You warrant, represent, and undertake to us that all Content you submit is your own work or that you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions of the relevant owner of the work and that you have all relevant rights in your Content to enable you to grant the rights and permissions in this clause 2.
  8. You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waive and agree not to assert (or procure the same from any third party where applicable) any and all moral rights and any other similar rights and all right of publicity and privacy in any country in the world in connection with your Content.
  9. If your Content contains any material that is not owned by or licensed to you and/or which is subject to third party rights, you are responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of your Content, all releases, consents and/or licenses necessary to permit use and exploitation of your Content by us without any compensation.
  10. You warrant, represent and undertake to us that your Content (including its use, publication and/or exploitation by us) shall not:
    (a) infringe the copyrights or database rights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person or entity; and/or
    (b) contain any material which is defamatory of any person; and/or
    (c) contain misleading or deceptive statements or omissions or misrepresentation as to your identity (for example, by impersonating another person) or your affiliation with any person or entity; and/or
    (d) breach any legal or fiduciary duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence; and/or
    (e) advocate, promote, or assist discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; and/or
    (f) contain any malicious code, such as viruses, worms, trojan horses or other potentially harmful programs, codes or material; and/or
    (g) violate any other applicable law, statute, ordinance, rule, or regulation, (together, or individually the “Legal Standards”).
  11. If your Content is corrupted, inappropriate, illegible, or otherwise not in accordance with the Legal Standards or these terms and conditions then we will not accept your Content.
  12. You accept that we may choose not to use your Content or to remove your Content from any Icowy communications at any time. You agree that you will not receive any payment or other remuneration if we use your Content in any Icowy communications.
  13. To the extent it is permitted by law to do so, we accept no liability for any damage, injury or loss suffered by you, or any persons, due to our use of your Content.
  14. We will only use personal information supplied by you for the purposes of posting your Content unless you provide your consent for us to use your personal information for any other agreed purpose.
  15. These terms and conditions are governed by Hong Kong Law and any disputes in relation to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

How the order is formed between you and us

(a) Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.
(b) After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order.
(c) We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Goods have been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). The Purchased Order between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
(d) If we are unable to supply you with any Goods e.g. because such Goods are not in stock or no longer available or because we cannot meet your requested delivery date, we will inform you of this by email.
(e) We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and graphical representations of goods available from us correspond to the actual goods. Please note however that images and/or descriptions of packaging are for illustrative purposes only, the actual packaging of the goods may vary.

PRICE OF GOODS, DELIVERY CHARGES AND PAYMENT

(a) The prices of the Goods will be as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order. We use our best efforts to ensure that the prices of Goods are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
(b) Prices for our Goods may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed for which we have issued a Dispatch Confirmation.
(c) The price of the Goods includes taxes where applicable and listed.
(d) The price of the Goods does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised at checkout before you confirm your order.
(e) You can only pay for Goods using credit card as stated on the site. If we are unable to process or accept your order your will not be charged for the said amounts.

Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
